Shipping & Order Info

Ordering something from our shop? This will come in handy. 

Quick Info:

  • We partner with an established printing lab that has printing centers on both the west coast and the east coast, which cuts down on the delivery time no matter where in the U.S. you are located
  • All products are made-to-order
  • We currently only ship in the U.S.
  • We offer a variety of shipping options which are based on your location, and you’ll always get the lowest price
  • Shipping is free on orders that total $50 or more
  • Your package should arrive within 10-12 total days
  • You will love your stuff so much you’ll want to take a selfie with your dog(s) and tag us on Instagram! (And if you don’t, we’ll take good care of you.)

Order Changes:

If you need to make a change to an order immediately after placing it, get in touch ASAP and we’ll see if it has gone into the printing queue yet.

Our printing partner is very quick starting production though, and they often go into the printing line within an hour or two, so if it’s already gone into the print queue unfortunately we won’t be able to change the order.

It depends on what needs to be changed though. If it’s a shipping address and the printing hasn’t taken place yet your changes will be better than if it’s a size change and it’s already in the line to be printed.

But please reach out immediately and we’ll see what we can do.

Shipping Options & Speeds:

Free shipping may go through a variety of different carriers, including USPS, FedEx or DHL, and will take an estimated 5-8 business days after fulfillment.

We offer both USPS and FedEx as paid shipping options. We only ship in the U.S.

Orders ship from our printer’s locations in both Los Angeles, CA and Charlotte NC.


first class mail: 3-5 business days after fulfillment
priority mail: 1-3 business days after fulfillment


***Please contact us directly to request overnight shipping***.

Overnight: 1 business day after fulfillment. Expedited shipping pushes orders to the front of the printing line, and they are usually fulfilled within 1-3 business days. Allow up to five business days to receive orders placed with overnight shipping.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are live rates that are based on your location and the quantity of items in your cart.

Rates are live rates and depend on where your shipping address is located with respect to our printer’s locations. You can easily see what your upgraded shipping cost would be on your cart page.

Processing & Delivery Time:

All products are made-to-order, which means that each item gets printed after you order it. Mass-printed Amazon Prime products these are not, so we ask for your patience in getting your special goodies.

USPS Priority shipping:

In general you can expect your order to be in transit for 1-3 days when you select USPS Priority shipping. Processing time for expedited shipping orders is generally 2-3 days, although our printer does their best to get those out the door asap.

Overnight shipping:

Overnight shipping is one business day. If your order ships out via overnight on a Friday afternoon for example, it will be shipped on Monday and received on Tuesday. (Saturday and Sunday are not business days.) Orders placed with overnight shipping get bumped up to the front of the printing queue.

So expedited shipping orders are usually received between 3-6 days after ordering. To be on the safe side, allow yourself one week to receive any order, including expedited orders. 

If you have any concerns or questions about receiving an order in time for an event or gift, please reach out to us and we’d be happy to do everything we can to help you get your order in time.


Unfortunately we don’t ship internationally at this time, but it’s something we are looking at for 2019.

Order Issues:


If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know!

First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at noting your order number. We’ll try and track down the package and get in touch with our printer to see if we can track it on their end. 


The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week’s time! Please be sure to snap a photo and send it to us! This makes a huge difference in expediting the process. 


If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we’ll get you sorted out.

If you’d like a different size, get in touch with us and we’ll let you know what your next steps are.

Return Policy:

We want you to be happy, and it’s frustrating receiving something in the mail that you are excited about only to be disappointed. We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee them 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge.

If you need to return a product due to it being the wrong size or color, we are happy to exchange it for a different size or color. You’ll cover the cost of the return shipping, but we’ll give you a credit equal to your cost of shipping that you can use in the shop. Please contact us to initiate a return or exchange.
